Senior Consulting Engineer-Specializing in Federal Design and Construction
Mr. Robert E. Meehan (Bob Meehan) is a Registered Professional Engineer and consultant with over 30 years of operational experience as an Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command employee, followed by 15 years as a private-sector executive constructing design-build facilities all over the world.
His experience included heavy civil, railroads, military facilities, family housing, dormitories, hangars, warehouses, physical fitness centers, airfields and industrial waste facilities.
Bob has extensive experience working on federal design and construction contracts at an executive level. Prior to his private sector employment, Bob worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for 28 years and retired as the Senior Civilian and Deputy District Engineer for Planning, Programs and Project Management at the Albuquerque District.
His background also included serving as the Chief of the Engineering & Construction Division. When he worked with the Albuquerque District, Bob was instrumental in managing an annual workload of design and construction projects valued at over $200 million for a customer base that included various cities, states, the United States Army, United States Air Force, Environmental Protection Agency, Border Patrol, Bureau of Indian Affairs and the New Mexico National Guard.
